***You need at least Dexter version 5.92 for the rescoring/harvesting STS 2.61 records.
Open Windows Explorer
Go to the folder "C:\Dexter32\support"
Double Click on the executable "STS252RescoreAll.exe"
Put in the database name. In most cases it is “OutcomesNT” but if you have a different database name then use that name.
Set the Start and End date (Surgery Date) for the records you want to rescore. (Rescore 2.61 and 2.52 records seperately).
Select version number (2.61 or 2.52) from the drop down.
Do NOT check “Rescore All Patients”.
Click “Rescore”
After the rescore, you should re-harvest and resubmit. |
